Stéval – Experimental station for the valorization of raw materials and residual substances
Technical Manager : Frederic DIOT
Scientific Manager : Yann FOUCAUD

Summary

The experimental station for the valorization of raw materials and residual substances
Stéval is accredited within Infra + (Lorraine University of Excellence),
The experimental station for the valorization of raw materials and residual substances is a pilot plant.
Due to its size, Stéval is unique in Europe. Fully modular, this platform is composed of a technical platform of 2,000 m² and about 150 equipments. This configuration allows researchers to study at the scale of a semi-industrial pilot separations:
♦ solid-solid;
♦ and solid-liquid.
The goal of this plateform is to enhance and protect resources and develop clean and safe processes for Semi-industrial mineral engineering.
