Ademe – Gesipol Quasper project

Explanations of the Gesipol Quasper project

The GESIPOL QUASPER project aims to secure pollution source modeling studies of pollution sources by:
improving the understanding of key parameters,
simplifying modeling where / when possible,
systematically quantifying uncertainties.

Various tests and modeling will be conducted on polluted sites to refine these methods and ultimately provide operational recommendations on the characterization and interpretation of pollution source areas.

The aim will be to identify the key factors driving source attenuation, particularly the effect of multiple pollutants, and to identify site configurations where model simplifications are possible based on simple geometric models.
